A refrigerator−freezer capable of surely detecting the leakage of refrigerant from a refrigerating cycle, comprising the refrigerating cycle having a compressor, a condenser, a capillary, an evaporator, and an accumulator sequentially connected to each other and having inflammable refrigerant sealed therein, a cooling fan for feeding cool air cooled by the evaporator into the freezer, and a refrigerant leakage detector for detecting the leakage of the inflammable refrigerant, the refrigerant leakage detector further comprising a temperature sensor for measuring the temperature of the refrigerant tube of the evaporator, wherein, if a temperature detected by the temperature sensor when the compressor is stopped rises beyond a specified value, the inflammable refrigerant is determined to be leaked from the low pressure side of the refrigerating cycle.
