Abstract:
Provided is a controller for a ventilation device, the controller being excellent in comfort and energy-saving performance. A controller (10) is provided with an acquisition unit (12), a calculation unit (13), and a determination unit (14). The acquisition unit (12) acquires information relating to an outdoor temperature (OT), an indoor temperature (IT), and the preset temperature (SP) of an air-conditioner (2). The calculation unit (13) calculates an air-conditioner power consumption reduction amount (∆AE) when outdoor air cooling or outdoor air heating is performed, and a ventilation device power consumption amount (∆VE) consumed by a ventilation device (3). The determination unit (14) determines to perform the outdoor air cooling or the outdoor air heating if the air-conditioner power consumption reduction amount (∆AE) is larger than the ventilation device power consumption amount (∆VE) when the outdoor temperature (OT), the indoor temperature (IT), and the preset temperature (SP) satisfy a predetermined condition.
