Abstract:
A convective graphene heater, comprising a housing (1) with convection holes (3) formed in the upper and lower ends; a control assembly (2) is arranged on one side of the housing (1), and a heating cavity is formed in the housing (1); and two sets of double-pipe fins (4) are arranged in the heating cavity, a heat dissipation plate (5) is arranged between the two sets of double-pipe fins (4), and graphene coatings are arranged on the surfaces of the two sets of double-pipe fins (4). By arranging the heat dissipation plate (5) between the two sets of double-pipe fins (4), and arranging the graphene coatings on the surfaces of the two double-pipe fins (4), the heat dissipation plate (5) cooperates with the two sets of double-pipe fins (4) having the graphene coatings for heat conduction, which achieves the purpose of uniform heat dissipation, thus effectively improving the heat dissipation efficiency and the heating effect.
