Abstract:

Disclosed are a convenient barrel lid structure, comprising a lid face (10) and a groove part (11), wherein an edge of the lid face (10) is connected to one side of the groove part (11), the groove part (11) is filled with polyfoam (2), and the polyfoam (2) covers the position where the lid face (10) and the groove part (11) are connected and extends to the lid face (10) for a certain distance; and a polyfoam injection process for the convenient barrel lid structure, wherein the injection of polyfoam (2) is performed at the position where the lid face (10) and the groove part (11) are connected, which serves as a polyfoam injection point, the polyfoam (2) is thrown into the groove part (11) by rotating a convenient barrel lid, when the groove part (11) is fully filled, the polyfoam overflows from the position where the lid face (10) and the groove part (11) are connected and extends to the lid face (10), then polyfoam injection is finished, and the polyfoam (2) is solidified. The lid face is covered by the polyfoam, so that a barrel body can be prevented from making direct contact with the barrel lid, friction and rust of a barrel opening are reduced, the seal performance is enhanced, the structure is simple, and the polyfoam injection is convenient to carry out.
