Abstract:
A conversation assistance device (1) comprises: a conversion means (211) for converting voice data indicating, through voice, the content of a conversation between a medical worker and a patient to text data that shows the content of the conversation by text, the conversation being between the medical worker and the patient in a consent acquisition process for obtaining consent for a medical act; a classification means (212) for classifying each of a plurality of conversation text pieces obtained by subdividing the text shown by the text data into at least one among a plurality of categories differentiated in accordance with the type of speech content to be spoken in the consent acquisition process; and a display control means (213) for controlling a display device such that at least some of the plurality of conversation text pieces are displayed together with the category into which each conversation text piece was classified.
