Abstract:
This conversion-coated metal plate is provided with a metal substrate and a conversion coating film laminated on at least one side of the metal substrate, wherein the conversion coating film contains a water-soluble resin and a lubricant having carbon-oxygen bonds, the thickness of the conversion coating film is 0.2-1μm, and at least 1 at% of the carbon atoms contained in the lubricant are carbon atoms configuring the aforementioned carbon-oxygen bonds.
