Abstract:
An A/D conversion device comprises a first A/D conversion unit (73) which converts an analog vibration signal (sg1) input from a vibration detection sensor (1) for detecting vibration to a digital value (digi1), a second A/D conversion unit (74) to which an analog vibration signal (sg2) corresponding to a signal obtained by amplifying the analog vibration signal (sg1)is input and which converts the analog vibration signal (sg2) to a digital value (digi2), a judgment unit (81) which judges whether or not an input saturation state occurs, the input saturation state being the state wherein the amplitude value of the analog vibration signal (sg2) exceeds an amplitude range convertible by the second A/D conversion unit (74), and a selection unit (82) which outputs the digital value (digi1) converted by the first A/D conversion unit (73) when the judgment unit (81) judges that the input saturation state occurs, and outputs the digital value (digi2) converted by the second A/D conversion unit (74) when the judgment unit judges that the input saturation state does not occur.
