Abstract:
An A/D conversion device is provided with: a means for generating a control clock having a period that is an integral multiple of the period of a reference clock; a means for generating a different shift voltage for each period of the reference clock, one cycle being a period of the control clock; a means for offsetting an analog signal with the shift voltage; a means for converting the offset analog signal to digital for each period of the reference clock; and a means for averaging the output of the A/D conversion unit for each period of the control clock.
