Abstract:
Provided in the invention is a conversion module formed in a first crystal grain. The first crystal grain is coupled to a bus, which has a bus bit width. The conversion module comprises an analog-to-digital converter for generating a first digital signal. The first digital signal has a first bit width, and the first bit width is not equal to the bus bit width; Also provided in the invention is a delta-sigma modulator coupled to the analog-to-digital converter for generating a second digital signal according to the first digital signal. The bit width of the second digital signal is the bus bit width, and the delta-sigma modulator comprises a filter and a quantizer, the number of bits output by the quantizer being equal to the bus bit width.
