Title:
CONVERSION PROGRAM FOR SIMPLE PROFILING METHOD (SPM) AND CONVERSION METHOD FOR SIMPLE PROFILING METHOD (SPM)
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/049263
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The main purpose of the present invention is to easily provide a conversion program for a simple profiling method and a conversion method for a simple profiling method, which have high accuracy. The conversion program for a simple profiling method according to the present invention has: a first conversion process for converting a dispersion curve of a Rayleigh wave of a surface wave acquired through microtremor array analysis in a first process; a first extraction process for extracting a discontinuous part of data acquired by the first conversion process; a second conversion process for converting the dispersion curve in a second process; a second extraction process for extracting a discontinuous part of data acquired by the second conversion process; and a detection process for detecting a point where both the discontinuous part extracted by the first extraction process and the discontinuous part extracted by the second extraction process appear, wherein a discontinuous cross section is extracted through the detection process.
