Abstract:
This DC/DC converter device (100) comprises: a semiconductor module (50) in which first to fourth switching elements (Q1 to Q4), to which diodes (D1 to D4) are respectively anti-parallel connected, are stored in one package (51); first and second smoothing capacitors (C1, C2); and a laminated conductor (40). The first to fourth terminals (11 to 14) of the semiconductor module (50) are provided aligned on a first face of the package (51), and the first and second smoothing capacitors (C1, C2) are arrayed to face the first face. The laminated conductor (40) is formed by lamination of a high potential connection conductor (41), an intermediate potential connection conductor (42), and a low potential connection conductor (43), and connects the first to fourth terminals (11 to 14) of the semiconductor module (50) with the first and second smoothing capacitors (C1, C2).
