Abstract:
A control circuit (41) performs control so that, when outputting a first bit of a digital signal, an analog signal supplied from an input is stored in a sampling capacitance unit (20) and an integration capacitance unit (22), and first-bit action in which an operated value based on the integration capacitance unit (22) is generated as an output of a gain stage (15) is performed. Further, the control circuit performs control so that, when outputting a second bit of the digital signal, a bit of the digital signal is generated on the basis of the operated value generated by the first-bit action, the signal stored in the sampling capacitance unit (20) is stored in the integration capacitance unit (22), and a transfer operation action in which the operated value based on an integrated value of the integration capacitance unit (22) is generated as an output of the gain stage (15) is performed. This enables high-speed action of integration-type A/D conversion.
