Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a convertible bag/outerwear article which is highly functional as a simple raincoat and simple cold weather garment or as a storage bag and trash bag, while being extraordinarily easy to produce, having a low materials cost, and having high practical utility in any of the aforementioned uses. [Solution] A convertible bag/outerwear article (1) comprises a synthetic resin bag body (2) that is at least large enough to cover the upper body of a person, wherein the bag body (2) is provided with a neckline part (3) in the center of the bottom thereof, and arm holes (4, 4) on each side thereof; and fastening means (5) for fastening the opening edges (21) of the bag body (2) to the surface of the same, said opening edges (21) folding toward the neckline part (3), are provided in the region along the opening edges (21) of the bag body (2) on both the surface (2F) of the bag body (2) that corresponds to the front of the person and the surface (2B) of the bag body (2) that corresponds to the rear of the person.
