The disclosed conveyance condition evaluation device is provided with an accommodated item information acquisition unit (142) which acquires, for each accommodated item, shape information that relates to the shape of the accommodated item (i.e. an item accommodated in a container (200)) and category information that indicates whether each accommodated item belongs to a first category of objects to be transported carefully or to a second category of objects to be transported normally, and a evaluation unit (143) which, if it is found that an accommodated item belonging to the first category has been accommodated in the aforementioned container on the basis of the aforementioned shape information, calculates a fill ratio indicating the relation between overall shape information, which indicates the overall shape of the accommodated items obtained on the basis of the aforementioned shape information, and container shape information, which indicates the shape of the accommodation space of the container, and, if the calculated fill ratio is greater than or equal to a first threshold value, determines to convey said container normally.
