Abstract:
This conveyance device is used in a mounting system including a mounting-related device which applies a viscous liquid to an object to be processed, and/or arranges a member. The conveyance device uses a pallet which is provided with a pallet-side attachment part, and which holds the object to be processed. Furthermore, the conveyance device is provided with a conveyance robot which has, provided to a tip-end part, a robot-side attachment part for attaching the pallet-side attachment part, and which conveys the pallet in an attached state between an introduction position and a discharge position.
