Abstract:
The present invention prevents a reduction in conveyance power in a section where a high travel energy is required. A conveyance path 401 comprises an assitance-required section 410 in at least a portion thereof. A banknote conveyance system 10 comprises: an assistive power application section 803 disposed adjacent to a section of an airflow path 101 along the assistance-required section; and an assistive body 900 that travels along the assistive power application section. The assistive body comprises an assistive-body-side magnet 901. The banknote conveyance system 10 uses the magnetic power acting between the assistive-body-side magnet and a moving-body-side magnet 213 to apply motive power that assists movement of a moving body 200 so as to intermittently assist the conveyance power of the conveyance body 500.
