A conveying device having a simple structure, the conveying device comprising a shell (11), wherein the shell (11) is provided with a fluid inlet (111) and a fluid outlet (112), a fluid channel (13) is further arranged in the shell (11), and two ends of the fluid channel (13) respectively communicate with the fluid inlet (111) and the fluid outlet (112). The conveying device further comprises a fluid conveying plate (14) which is unidirectionally conducted, and a driving mechanism (15), wherein the fluid conveying plate (14) is movably connected in the fluid channel (13), and the driving mechanism (15) is connected to the fluid conveying plate (14), so as to drive the fluid conveying plate (14) to move. The fluid conveying plate (14) only allows a fluid to flow in from one end thereof and flow out from the other end. When the fluid attempts to flow in from the other end, the fluid conveying plate (14) is in a closed state, and thus the fluid cannot pass therethrough. Therefore, the driving mechanism (15) only needs to drive the fluid conveying plate (14) to move in the fluid channel (13), so that the fluid in the fluid channel (13) is conveyed from the fluid inlet (111) to the fluid outlet (112). The conveying device has a simple structure, is convenient to use, and can be operated normally as long as the conveying device is installed in a suitable setting.
