Disclosed in the present invention is a conveying device, comprising: a traction mechanism, which comprises traction rollers that are respectively arranged on an upper side, a lower side, a left side and a right side of a section material and can be driven to rotate, wherein the axial direction of each traction roller is perpendicular to the axial direction of the section material, and the surface of each traction roller that comes into contact with the section material can be pressed to retract inwards when the surface passes through a bent portion of the section material, and can rebound; and a guide mechanism, which comprises a fixed base and two rotatable lower guide wheels arranged on the fixed base, wherein the axial directions of the two lower guide wheels are parallel to the axial direction of the section material, and the two lower guide wheels are respectively supported on a left side and a right side of a lower portion of the section material. Further disclosed in the present invention is a section material straightening machine. The present invention has the beneficial effect that a cylindrical tubular section material can be stably pulled and conveyed in order to be straightened.
