Abstract:
A conveying line with an infrared and visual combined tearing prevention device, and a tearing and damage detection means thereof. The conveying line comprises a frame (9), conveying belts, a power device (10), a tensioning part (8), at least one tearing and damage monitoring device, a feeding part (11) and a discharging part (12), wherein the conveying belts are connected to the power device (10) and the tensioning part (8), and are arranged across the frame (9); the tearing and damage monitoring device is arranged on the frame body of the frame (9) and is disposed between the conveying belts; and the detection direction of the tearing and damage monitoring device faces toward the back face of an upper-layer conveying belt. The arrangement of an infrared detection device ensures that before the conveying belt is torn, the phenomenon of local heating generated on the conveying belt can be acquired and sensed, such that an early warning of a tearing condition of the conveying belt can be given; in addition, pictures of corresponding positions are monitored, compared and checked by means of a visible-light detection device, thereby avoiding a case of missed determination of infrared detection.
