Abstract:
A conveying and positioning system and method, which are used in the technical field of automobile manufacturing industry conveying; the conveying and positioning system comprises a roller bed (1), a conveying trolley (2) and an intelligent variable-frequency controller; the conveying trolley (2) is provided thereon with a reflector (31); the roller bed (1) is provided thereon with a driving mechanism and a distance sensor (32); the driving mechanism comprises a driving motor (41), which is controlled by the intelligent variable-frequency controller, and a rotary encoder (42), which may feed back rotational speed information of the driving motor (41) to the intelligent variable-frequency controller. Said solution adopts the intelligent variable-frequency controller, and by means of reading position information which is fed back by the distance sensor (32) and the rotational speed information which is fed back by the rotary encoder (42) and by carrying out internal calculation, accurate voltage-frequency control information is outputted to control the rotational speed of the driving motor (41), thus achieving a dual closed loop control mode of the conveying and positioning system. The technical solution comprising the dual closed loop control mode may achieve the fast conveyance, precise positioning, stable operation and low cost of the conveying trolley.
