Abstract:
A conveying state detecting device (10) detects a state of a load (31) on a conveying platform (30) being conveyed by means of a forklift (20), with the load (31) loaded thereon, and is provided with a distance measuring unit (14) and a control unit (13). The distance measuring unit (14) acquires distance information to a target object in accordance with a reflection amount of light that has been shone onto the target object from an illuminating unit (11). The control unit (13) determines the state of the load (31) on the conveying platform (30) on the basis of the distance information to the target object acquired by the distance measuring unit (14).
