Abstract:
A conveying system (100) for a cardiovascular interventional treatment instrument, and a sheath and a steering method therefor. The sheath comprises a sheath body (1), wherein the sheath body (1) is provided with a main body section (1d), and a first steerable section (1b) and a second steerable section (1c), which can be bent. The sheath further comprises: a first pull loop (2), which is arranged in a distal-end portion of the first steerable section (1b) or is connected to the distal-end portion of the first steerable section (1b); a first steering pull wire (3), which penetrates a first pull wire cavity and is provided with a first end connected to the first pull loop (2) and a second end penetrating and extending from a proximal-end portion of the main body section (1d); a second pull loop (5), which is arranged in a proximal-end portion of the first steerable section (1b) and/or a distal-end portion of the second steerable section (1c); and a second steering pull wire (6), which penetrates a second pull wire cavity and is provided with a first end connected to the second pull loop (5) and a second end penetrating and extending from the proximal-end portion of the main body section (1d). A planar or spatial combined bend is formed by bending one catheter sheath multiple times, such that an implant can be released as expected, thereby reducing the occupied space in the heart, and providing an operation space for other instruments.
