Abstract:
A conveyor belt cleaning device and a silicon wafer sorting system, which relate to the technical field of semiconductors. When the silicon wafer sorting system removes defective silicon wafers, an overturning mechanism (100) drives a second end of a first cleaning mechanism (302) and a fourth end of a second cleaning mechanism (306) to move when driving a connector (200) to move from a first position to a second position, thereby driving a first end to clean a first conveyor belt (101) and driving a third end to clean a second conveyor belt (102). In the cleaning process, inching cleaning can be continuously performed on the first conveyor belt and the second conveyor belt only by means of overturning actions of the overturning mechanism, without the need for an additional power source, thereby preventing granular dust on the first conveyor belt and the second conveyor belt from causing damage or secondary contamination to silicon wafers transported subsequently, and improving the ex-factory yield of silicon wafers. The technical solution improves the cleaning efficiency, avoids the problem of the silicon wafer sorting system needing to stop due to the cleaning of the conveyor belts, and further improves the sorting efficiency of silicon wafers.
