Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a conveyor belt cleaning device and a use method thereof. The device comprises: a conveying belt wound on conveying rollers; side blocking plates, a fixed shaft being inserted into the side surface of each side blocking plate; a material receiving box, a material falling port being formed in the top surface of the material receiving box; a spraying pipe bonded to a support plate; a liquid storage tank, fixed rods being symmetrically welded to the left side and the right side of the liquid storage tank; a sedimentation box, a mesh cylinder being mounted inside the sedimentation box; a U-shaped pipe, the U-shaped pipe comprising an air blowing section and a heating section; a support frame, the bottom end of the support frame and the fixed rods being welded together; and a triangular scraping plate. According to the conveyor belt cleaning device and the use method thereof, a foam generator is used for generating foam from a cleaning mixed liquid, the foam is sprayed to the conveying belt, and the foam makes contact with dirt on the surface of the belt, so that wetting and adhering effects are achieved; the foam and dirt on the belt are scraped off by using the triangular scraping plate, so that abrasion to the surface of the belt is reduced, and diffusion is prevented.
