A conveyor belt transport device utilized in pipeline transport employs a liquid (4) in a pipeline to produce a water channel buoyant force or a flow impact force to optimize a transport operation of a conveyor belt. The conveyor belt transport device comprises: a conveyor belt (10), a conveyor belt driving mechanism (1), a conveyor belt fastening mechanism, a feeding mechanism, and a transport pipeline (2) containing the liquid (4). Entrances of the conveyor belt fastening mechanism, the feeding mechanism and the transport pipeline (2) are adjacent to each other. The feeding mechanism is used to uniformly dispense materials on the conveyor belt (10) and at a controllable dispensing speed. Fastening structures corresponding to each other are disposed at two sides of the conveyor belt (10). When the conveyor belt (10) passes through the entrance of the transport pipeline (2), the conveyor belt fastening mechanism closes the conveyor belt (10) to form a tubular conveyor belt (3) having a sealed or semi-sealed tube wall. When the tubular conveyor belt (3) enters the transport pipeline (2), the buoyant force or flow impact force produced by the liquid (4) in the pipeline facilitates a transport operation. The transport device combines advantages of pipeline transport and conveyor belt transport, and can quickly construct a conveyor belt in a pipeline.
