Abstract:
Provided is a conveyor belt that has sufficient strength while having sufficient flexibility and elasticity and that can reliably convey an article being conveyed even on slant conveyors. The conveyor belt comprises: a flexible knitted cloth 15; an elastic layer 14 made from a first thermoplastic material provided on the top face of the knitted cloth 15; and a surface resin layer 20 provided on the top face of the elastic layer 14, made from a second thermoplastic material with a lower hardness than the first thermoplastic material, and having a rough conveyor face 21. The conveyor belt has a tensile strength of 3.5 – 35 MPa, and the conveyor face 21 has a coefficient of static friction of 0.5 – 1.0.
