Abstract:
The present invention provides a conveyor for returning a front opening unified POD (hereinafter, called "FOUP"), the conveyor comprises: rails which are arranged to oppose each other; a plurality of guide rollers which oppose each other by being rotatively mounted along with the length direction of the rails, and transfer the FOUP in one direction; and pulley assemblies which face each other by being respectively mounted in each one section of the one pair of rails, and are rotated forward or backward by receiving the driving power, wherein an outer surface on the one side of the pulley assemblies and an outer surface on the one side of the guide rollers are arranged on the same line, and the plurality of rails are variably disposed in a row.
