Abstract:
The present invention relates to a conveyor roller (100) comprising: a cylindrical roller casing (110) open at both ends thereof; a shaft (120) inserted in the roller casing (110) and forming the axis of rotation for the roller casing (110); and at least one bearing portion between the roller casing (110) and shaft (120). The bearing portion includes a first bearing (150) and a second bearing (160); the first bearing (150) has an outer wheel (151) that rotates integrally with the roller casing (110); the second bearing (160) has an inner wheel (161) that rotates integrally with the shaft (120); and the inner wheel (151) of the first bearing (150) and the outer wheel (161) of the second bearing (160) rotate integrally. Even if a bearing at one side is damaged so as to be not rotatable, the structure can continue to rotate, enabling the period of replacement and repair of the conveyor roller (100) to be extended; and because the first bearing and second bearing can distribute rotation amongst each other, heat generation from within is reduced, and accordingly, bearing damage from high heat can be prevented.
