A conveyor, which is capable of loading and unloading materials to be transported in a desired process, and which is easy to maintain, is provided. The conveyor (13) is provided with a first transport mechanism (13A) that enables substrates (7) to be loaded in a desired process, and a second transport mechanism (13B) that enables the substrates (7) to be unloaded from the desired process. The first transport mechanism (13A) comprises: a reciprocating first transport rod (18); first pusher pieces (19) that are fixed to the first transport rod (18) and protrude from the rod; and a switching mechanism that switches to positions where the first pusher pieces (19) engage with or disengage from the substrates (7) by rotating the first transport rod (18) at a predetermined angle. The second transport mechanism (13B) comprises: a reciprocating second transport rod (32); pusher pieces (19) that are fixed to the second transport rod (32) and protrude from the rod; and a switching mechanism that switches to positions where the pusher pieces (19) engage with or disengage from the substrates (7) by rotating the second transport rod (32) at a predetermined angle.
