The present invention comprises: a cooked rice accommodation part 11 that comprises a transparent material and has a first surface 11a that is sloped relative to a mounting surface and is slidingly contacted by one surface of cooked rice BH that is introduced as a uniform sheet and a second surface 11b that is arranged at the lower side of the slope of the first surface 11a on the side of the surface of the cooked rice BH that does not slidingly contact the first surface 11a; an ultraviolet LED 12 that is provided near the cooked rice accommodation part 11; a shaping part 13 that is arranged below the lower side of the slope of the first surface 11a and shapes the cooked rice BH into a desired shape; and a case 16 that accommodates the cooked rice accommodation part 11, the ultraviolet LED 12, and the shaping part 13 and has an introduction part 161 that is arranged above the upper side of the slope of the first surface 11a and is an open portion for introducing the cooked rice BH and a discharge part 162 that is arranged below the shaping part 13 and is an open portion for discharging the cooked rice BH that has been shaped into the desired shape by the shaping part 13.
