Abstract:
A cooker capable of keeping food warm at appropriate temperature without damaging it. The inside of a heating chamber (12) is heated by chamber heating means (13) and vapor is supplied into the heating chamber (12) by vapor supplying means (18). In this process, a control section (19) controls, based on the temperature in the heating chamber detected by heating chamber temperature detecting means (20), the chamber heating means (13) and the vapor supplying means (18) in order that the temperature in the heating chamber (12) is at a predetermined level; therefore food (11) can be kept at a temperature appropriate to keep it warm. This can eliminate such a conventional problem that the surface of the food dries and burns.
