Abstract:
A cooker (10) is provided with a heating chamber (4), a radiation heating unit (38), a convection device (30), a temperature sensor, and a control unit. The radiation heating unit (38) is provided inside the heating chamber (4), and subjects an object for heating to radiation heating. The convection device (30) is provided rearward of the heating chamber (4) and subjects an object for heating to convection heating. The temperature sensor is provided inside the convection device (30) and detects the temperature inside the convection device (30). The control unit activating the radiation heating unit (38) and the convection device (30) according to the temperature detected by the temperature sensor, and controls the internal temperature of the heating chamber (4). According to the present aspect, it is possible for the radiation heating unit (38) to last longer while also obtaining stable cooking results.
