Abstract:

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a cooker which is unlikely to cause the loss of nutrients contained in food, eliminates odors, and exhibits excellent storing properties. The cooker, which is equipped with a cooking chamber having an opening and a door for opening and closing the opening, is characterized: by having heaters provided in the upper and lower sections inside the cooking chamber, a superheated steam generation means for supplying superheated steam to the interior of the cooking chamber, and a water misting means for misting water into the cooking chamber; and in that the interior of the cooking chamber achieves a reduced state.
