Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to achieve a new concept of a cooker capable of heating and cooking with water vapor while allowing an object being heated to be easily manipulated during cooking. This cooker (1A) is provided with a heating oven (20) and a vapor generation unit (30) for generating water vapor. The heating oven (20) has an open part (21) at an upper part thereof and is provided with a vapor discharge port (22) on the inner surface of the heating oven (20).
