Abstract:
The present invention improves the quality of a cooked food while preventing steam and condensed water generated during cooking from dripping and adhering to the food, a pot and the like. The cooker is provided with a housing 1, a heating coil 2, a coil base 3, an inner pot 5, an outer lid 9, an inner lid 11, a steam cartridge 13 and the like. The inner lid 11 is configured from a porous member that can adsorb the steam generated within the inner pot 5 during cooking. The porous member contains an organic porous material 18. Thus, the inner lid 11 prevents the steam and the condensed water generated during cooking from dripping and adhering to the food, the pot or the like, and a flavor component is generated from the organic porous material 18 to improve the texture, flavor and the like of the food.
