Abstract:
The invention relates to a cooker which, in a pre-heating step: supplies a first electric power to a heating means until the temperature of an object to be heated reaches a first set temperature; after the temperature of the object to be heated has reached the first set temperature, supplies the heating means with a second electric power which is smaller than the first power, or stops the supply of electric power to the heating means; and if a wait time set in advance has elapsed from the time when the temperature of the object to be heated reached the first set temperature and the temperature of the object to be heated is lower than a second set temperature, ends the pre-heating step and transits to a temperature-holding step.
