Abstract:
In order obtain equally cooked food when sequentially cooking food, this cooking apparatus (1A) comprises: an upper heater (17) and a lower heater (18); a steam supply unit (20); a temperature sensor (27); and a heating control unit (31A) which controls the drive of the upper heater (17) and the lower heater (18) so that the temperature in a cooking chamber (14) becomes a predetermined temperature on the basis of the temperature measured by the temperature sensor (27). If cooking time from start to finish is divided into the first period and the latter period, the heating control unit (31A) stops the drive of the upper heater (17) and the lower heater (18) for the period during which the temperature in the cooking chamber (14) is higher than a predetermined first-period target temperature (T1) within the first period.
