Abstract:
Provided is a cooking container for induction heating, wherein the cooking container is made of materials in a quadruple or triple clad structure so as to be used in an induction heating device as well as a general heating device. Preferably, the cooking container is made of materials formed in the order of stainless steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and copper material in the quadruple clad structure, or materials formed in the order of aluminum, stainless steel, and copper material in the triple clad structure. Particularly, the cooking container is configured such that the copper material forming the outer bottom surface of the cooking container is partially removed so as to make the stainless steel project outward.
