Abstract:
Disclosed is a cooking control method, comprising: performing a first adjustment on a distance value between an upper roasting pan and a lower roasting pan, such that the distance value between the upper roasting pan and the lower roasting pan is less than a thickness value of a food being cooked, and the amount of compression of the food being cooked reaches a first threshold; heating to dehydrate the food being cooked according to a first preset heating mode; performing a second adjustment on the distance value between the upper roasting pan and the lower roasting pan such that the both the upper roasting pan and the lower roasting pan attach to the food being cooked, and the amount of compression of the food being cooked reaches a second threshold, the first threshold being greater than the second threshold; and heating to roast the food being cooked according to a second preset heating mode. In addition, also disclosed is a cooking control device, a frying and roasting device, and a computer storage medium.
