Abstract:
A cooking device provided with: a gas discharge duct (19) which mixes a discharge gas discharged from the opening (61a) at the tip of a nozzle (61) and a part of cooling air discharged from a cooling fan and guides and discharges the mixed gas to the outside of a casing; and a gas discharge duct temperature sensor (70) which is disposed within the gas discharge duct (19) and detects the temperature of the atmosphere at a portion in the gas discharge duct (19), said portion being located above the opening (61a) of the nozzle (61). When the amount of increase per unit of time in the temperature of the atmosphere within the gas discharge duct (19), said amount being detected by the gas discharge duct temperature sensor (70), becomes greater than or equal to a first threshold value during cooking, a section for determining an abnormal stop of the cooling fan detects an abnormal stop of the cooling fan.
