Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to enable satisfactory cooking according to the type of food when managing temperature to prevent rotting. This cooking device includes a storage unit (41) that stores control content for a heating unit (22) for different foods under reserved cooking and reserved cooking information that indicates a suitable temperature for each of the different foods which is higher than the temperature at which ingredients are liable to rot. A heating control unit (control unit 34) refers to the reserved cooking information and, as a sequence of periods of time during cooking, first provides a cooking period and then provides a suitable temperature maintaining period that keeps the ingredients at the suitable temperature.
