Abstract:
A cooking machine and control method thereof, the cooking machine comprising a heating device (20) and a cookware (10). The control method comprises the following steps: detecting a temperature of the cookware (10) in real time in the cooking process of the cooking machine (S1); when the cooking machine enters a liquid reduction stage, calculating a slope of temperature vs. time of the cookware (10) according to the temperature of the cookware (10) (S2); and determining if the cooking machine has completed the reduction stage according to the slope of temperature vs. time of the cookware (10) (S3). The control method of the cooking machine can determine if the cooking machine has completed the reduction stage according to the slope of temperature vs. time of the cookware (10), thus improving precision in controlling the amount of liquid during the reduction stage of the cooking process and ensuring a good cooking result.
