Abstract:
A cooking machine kitchen smoke processing system and a cooking machine. The cooking machine kitchen smoke processing system comprises a box body (2), an exhaust fan (3), an kitchen smoke filtering assembly (4), a miniature refrigerator (5), a water circulating pipeline (6), and a water pump (7); the box body (2) is provided with a smoke inlet (21) and a smoke outlet (22), and the interior of the box body (2) has a kitchen smoke channel (23) communicating with the smoke inlet (21) and the smoke outlet (22); the exhaust fan (3) is used for drawing kitchen smoke into the box body (2) from the smoke inlet (21) and exhausting the kitchen smoke from the smoke outlet (22); the kitchen smoke filtering assembly (4) is provided in the kitchen smoke channel (23); a refrigerating part of the miniature refrigerator (5) is provided in the kitchen smoke channel (23); at least one first water outlet (60) comprised in the water circulating pipeline (6) is located on the upper part in the box body (2) and right above the kitchen smoke channel (23), and at least one first water inlet (61) comprised in the water circulating pipeline (6) is located on the lower part in the box body (2); the water pump (7) is provided in the water circulating pipeline (6). The cooking machine kitchen smoke processing system can process kitchen smoke generated by the cooking machine in a cooking process, thereby avoiding the kitchen smoke from polluting the environment.
