Abstract:
A cooking method, a cooking device, a cooking appliance, and a computer readable storage medium. The cooking method comprises: receiving attribute information of a material to be cooked and/or edible requirement information of the material to be cooked; determining a corresponding cooking process according to the attribute information and/or the edible requirement information; and performing wall breaking treatment and heating treatment on the material to be cooked according to the cooking process. By means of the technical solutions of the present invention, different cooking processes are executed for materials having different attribute features, so that a nutrient substance of the material can be reserved, the edible taste of the material is improved, and the time for a user to wait for the completion of cooking is shortened.
