Abstract:
A cooking method (200) for a machine integrating microwaving, steaming and baking, a machine integrating microwaving, steaming and baking, and a controller thereof. The cooking method comprises: placing food to be heated into a cooking chamber of a machine integrating microwaving, steaming and baking (S201); during the microwave heating, starting microwaves to heat food, and feeding hot air and/or steam to act on said food (S202); and in two heating processes of processing said food of different types and/or with different heating requirements, continuously or intermittently feeding hot air into the cooking chamber to maintain the temperature of the cooking chamber constant by means of the hot air (S203). The cooking method (200) eliminates the temperature return duration in cooking two different types of food, shortening the waiting time of a customer, and improving the purchase experience of the customer.
