Abstract:
A cooking method and cooking utensil recommendation method and system. The recommendation method comprises: basic information of a user is acquired by a smart terminal and transmitted to a cloud server (S102); physical state information of the user is determined by the cloud server on the basis of the basic information of the user (S104); a recipe matching the physical state information of the user and optimal cooking method information and optimal cooking utensil information matching the recipe are generated on the basis of the physical state information of the user and information in a pre-constructed recipe database and transmitted to the smart terminal (S106). The method, by recommending the recipe on the basis of the basic information of the user and providing the optimal cooking method and optimal cooking utensil information for preparing the recipe, helps the user to effectively acquire nutrients that the body requires, thus satisfying the demand of people for nutrition and wellbeing.
