Abstract:
In the disclosed cooking-oil degradation preventer, a titanium plate with a titanium oxide coating obtained by anodizing titanium steel is arranged inside a protective member, in which a cooking oil can flow inwards, at a separation from the inner surface of the protective member, such that most of the top and bottom surfaces of the titanium plate can contact cooking oil in the process of being used for cooking. By cooking at a high temperature while keeping the cooking oil in contact with the titanium plate with a titanium oxide coating obtained by anodizing titanium steel, the usable life of the cooking oil is increased and the texture of cooked food is improved.
