A cooking pot, comprising: a pot body inner shell (10); a pot body outer shell (20) sleeved over the outside of the pot body inner shell (10), and being welded to the pot body inner shell (10) to form a sealed hollow cavity (30), the hollow cavity (30) being a vacuum cavity; and a liquid state phase change working medium, positioned at the bottom of the hollow cavity (30); the inner wall surface of the pot body inner shell (10) is not a non-stick coating.
