Abstract:

A cooking system (1) for use in stir frying, comprising: a pot body frame (20); a cylindrical pot body (30) rotatably arranged on the pot body frame (20) and used for accommodating cooking materials; a rotary driving apparatus (50) connected to the pot body (30) and used for driving the pot body (30) to rotate around the rotation axis thereof; an angle adjusting apparatus (40) connected to the pot body (30) and/or the pot body frame (20) and used for adjusting the inclination angle of the rotation axis of the pot body; heating apparatus (70 and 80) used for heating the pot body (30) and/or materials in the pot body (30); an arithmetic processor; and an instruction input device. The cooking system (1) further comprises a control apparatus, which controls, on the basis of a rotational speed control instruction, the pot body (30) to rotate in a first mode at a first rotational speed less than a critical rotational speed and allows the cooking materials to rotate basically with the pot body (30) and to fall within the range of 90 degrees to 180 degrees. The control apparatus is also capable of controlling, on the basis of a rotational speed control instruction, the pot body (30) to rotate in a second mode at a second rotational speed greater than or equal to the critical rotational speed. The cooking system (1) implements rapid and even heating of the cooking materials.
