Abstract:
A cooking vessel having a sieve according to the present invention disclosed herein comprises: a vessel body part having an inner circumferential catching projection formed therein; a mounting part which has an insertion portion formed on one end so as to be inserted down to the catching projection of the vessel body part, and can be detached from the vessel body part; and a sieve part which is positioned on a mounting surface formed on the other end of the mounting part, and is provided so as to remove oil from food that is placed thereon when frying. According to the present invention, the mounting part equipped with the sieve part or a steaming plate is selectively positioned on the catching projection formed in an upper portion of the inner circumference of the vessel body part. Therefore, the present invention can be used as one among a regular pot, a steaming plate for steamed food, and a sieve part for fried food, and thus has the effect of making it possible to cook various types of food using a single cooking vessel.
